We offer a 5-day return policy. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Items that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

✅ Wrong or Expired Perfume Return

If you receive a perfume that is different from what you ordered or an expired product, we will provide a free replacement or refund. Please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

✅ Fragrance Lasting Guarantee (3 Days)

All our perfumes come with a 3-day fragrance lasting guarantee. If you experience any issue with the lasting of the scent, contact us within 3 days for a resolution.

✅ Damaged / Incorrect Product

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or a refund after verification.

✅ Refund Process

Refunds are processed through bank transfer or store credit. It may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

✅ Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged, including:
